Valentine's Dance; Town Hall; Friday Evening [8 pm - 10 pm]

Arrivals to town hall would notice that the Student Council took a darker approach to the decorations this year. The colors of the streamers, balloons and table cloths were in shades of dark red and black. Instead of cut outs of hearts and pictures of cupid, there were broken mirrors hanging on the walls, open umbrellas scattered about the room, fake cobwebs on the wall and glittery cut outs of the number "13" hung everywhere.

You even had to walk under a huge ladder in order to get into the dance.

Sure, they were tempting fate by having a Friday the 13th themed dance but this was Fandom. What's the worst that could happen?

[Wait for the OCD or so help me...I'll hurt you is here! Up early because Natalie said so and to get the most out of play. Second part to go up later on tonight (tomorrow?) to save browsers and to spike punch]

"Okay, sure," Jill said. "I could really go for a Slushy. Plus I need some stuff for my room." Since Jacktime, all of her highlighters seemed to be missing, for one thing.

"Oh, we've met." Dinah grinned. "She's supposed to be designing the costumes for the play I'm in. I'm in 312, with Chad. So, maybe around three-ish or fourish, good for you?"

"Oh, her clothes remind me of my best friend back home," Jill said. It was just Harper herself. She was so...bouncy. "Three, four, whatever works for you."

Dinah got up on tip-toe-- pretty tall in the heels-- and found Tony, pointing him out. "The good dresser with the dark hair. And if you hear an Irish accent, that's Ronan. He's..." Flirty? Gregarious? Kind of amorous? "... friendly."

Perhaps later, Jill would wonder if there was something about her that made Dinah point out the gay boys to her, because really, she was all girl. For now, though, she was still oblivious, and said, "Ronan and Tony, right. Tell 'em Dinah sent me?"

"Yup!" Dinah grinned. "They're good guys, I promise." And it's not like she knew any other completely straight guys who weren't already dating someone. "Have fun!"
