Three Minute Dates- Caritas- Saturday before 8:15 pm

It was that time agaaaaaain! There was a sign on the door and a banner above the stage.

THREE MINUTE DATES

Or maybe, perchance, you totally missed it somehow, and didn't run from the bar before Tino could sign you up for dates. It happens!

And then a few minutes before 8:00, Kitty took the stage under the banner, to a drumroll from the zombie drummer.

"Hello and welcome to another installment of Three Minute Dates!" Kitty began. "In case you're new to this, in a couple minutes I'm going to call out sets of names. You'll find that person, talk to them for a whole three minutes. When you hear this siren-" Oh, that was an obnoxious air horn sound. "-you'll get a new person to talk to. If you got sucked into this without your knowledge, sorry, and also it's fifteen minutes of your life, make some new friends!"

"I keep ending up in all these different things here and I have no idea why," Harry said, because he felt like he could admit that here.

"It seems like every time I'm in here there's an event of some kind," Belle said. "I never do it on purpose! Nothing terrible seems to have come of it yet."

Belle, you ought to know better than to say things like that out loud around here.

"I'd be lying if I wasn't half expecting something terrible to walk through the door now that you've said that," Harry admitted.

Which might not be terrible for him, he was getting out of practice here.

"There are enough people in here that someone is bound to know how to deal with it if that does happen," Belle pointed out. "I think we'll be fine."

She was just tempting fate left and right, now.

"I've got my wand," Harry said. He could just expelliarmus the hell out of a monster, he was sure. "And I try not to think about how many other people here probably have weapons."

Would defensive wand spells trigger the sanctuary spell? Someone should find out someday!

"I'm unarmed." Because Belle had no weapons training. "I have the feeling I may be in the minority."

"That's fine, I'd protect you," Harry said, like the Gryffindor he was. "I'm pretty sure nothing's actually coming in here anyway."

"Thank you, Harry." Belle smiled. "Though think you may be right and it won't be necessary. I hope it won't be in any case."

As opposed to him doing it himself.
