Three Minute Dates- Caritas- Saturday before 8:15 pm

It was that time agaaaaaain! There was a sign on the door and a banner above the stage.

Or maybe, perchance, you totally missed it somehow, and didn't run from the bar before Tino could sign you up for dates. It happens!

And then a few minutes before 8:00, Kitty took the stage under the banner, to a drumroll from the zombie drummer.

"Hello and welcome to another installment of Three Minute Dates!" Kitty began. "In case you're new to this, in a couple minutes I'm going to call out sets of names. You'll find that person, talk to them for a whole three minutes. When you hear this siren-" Oh, that was an obnoxious air horn sound. "-you'll get a new person to talk to. If you got sucked into this without your knowledge, sorry, and also it's fifteen minutes of your life, make some new friends!"

Ignis had managed to squeeze in enough time to refresh his wine before making his way over to his next round, with a pleased expression on his face as he did so.

"Excellent," he said. "I actually don't believe you and I have had the chance meet yet. Ignis Scientia." He offered out a gloved hand. "I suppose this makes us the half-way mark."

"Sure does," Nick said, shaking his hand. "How's the night going for you?"

"Quite well, actually," Ignis seemed pleased to report, "although I find it rather difficult to try and constrain a conversation of any merit to a mere three minutes. I understand it's to be a matter of quantity over quality, but I'm afraid I've never really seen the appeal in that. And how have you found the proceedings thus far?"

"Not bad. I'm not great at the small talk thing but as long as no one throws a drink at me or walks off I feel like I'm doing pretty good," he said. "I wonder how much that happens here."

Well, Rosa was here that evening, so that probably made it a little less likely, not that Ignis knew that, as he took a thoughtful look around as if to consider who might be capable of such dramatics.

Prompto might spill a drink on someone, perhaps, but that was as close as he could imagine at the moment.

"Probably not as often as some people might like," he noted. "That would certainly get the crowd buzzing, I should think."
