Three Minute Dates- Caritas- Saturday before 8:15 pm

It was that time agaaaaaain! There was a sign on the door and a banner above the stage.

THREE MINUTE DATES

Or maybe, perchance, you totally missed it somehow, and didn't run from the bar before Tino could sign you up for dates. It happens!

And then a few minutes before 8:00, Kitty took the stage under the banner, to a drumroll from the zombie drummer.

"Hello and welcome to another installment of Three Minute Dates!" Kitty began. "In case you're new to this, in a couple minutes I'm going to call out sets of names. You'll find that person, talk to them for a whole three minutes. When you hear this siren-" Oh, that was an obnoxious air horn sound. "-you'll get a new person to talk to. If you got sucked into this without your knowledge, sorry, and also it's fifteen minutes of your life, make some new friends!"

"Oh, good," said Astrid, who had long since discovered that feeding Alexis compliments was among one of her favorite pastimes, "they saved the best for last."

It was just so...easy. And with that, she did, also offer a bit more genuine: "How've you been, Alexis?"

"I do, too, actually," Astrid admitted, although, really, it seemed to fit Alexis's style much more than hers. "It was actually a really nice one this time, too. Any...I don't know...exciting revelations on your side of things, now that we're heading toward the end?"

"Yeah, the pickings here are really slim," Alexis said. "It is shocking."

"The downfalls of a such a tiny school, I guess," Astrid mused. "Sure, we'll get people in from entirely different universes and galaxies, but at the cost of...what?" Her eyes danced around a moment to consider just how many of them there even were at this thing. "Maybe a dozen people to speed date with?"
