Three Minute Dates- Caritas- Saturday before 8:15 pm

It was that time agaaaaaain! There was a sign on the door and a banner above the stage.

CARITAS PRESENTS
THREE MINUTE DATES

Or maybe, perchance, you totally missed it somehow, and didn't run from the bar before Tino could sign you up for dates. It happens!

And then a few minutes before 8:00, Kitty took the stage under the banner, to a drumroll from the zombie drummer.

"Hello and welcome to another installment of Three Minute Dates!" Kitty began. "In case you're new to this, in a couple minutes I'm going to call out sets of names. You'll find that person, talk to them for a whole three minutes. When you hear this siren-" Oh, that was an obnoxious air horn sound. "-you'll get a new person to talk to. If you got sucked into this without your knowledge, sorry, and also it's fifteen minutes of your life, make some new friends!"

Well, with the exception of a little awkwardness in the middle, the evening had actually done well by Tisarwat in terms of meeting new people, and she was glad to see the trend continue straight to the end, and she gave Jon a nod of greeting and a smile.

"The end is finally in sight," she said. "Just one left to go."

Jon gave her a wry smile. "Three more minutes to freedom," he agreed. "Good evening. I hope I won't be too abysmal to speak with."

"Well, if you are," Tisarwat assured him, "at least it won't last for too long.

"My name is Tisarwat, by the way," she offered, even though, sure, they said them at the start of the round, but it just felt better to make the introduction for proper. "I don't think I've seen you around much," she didn't get out much these days, either, though. "Are you one of the newer teachers?"

"I am." Jon nodded. "Jonathan Sims. I generally go by Jon. I'm teaching literature. I don't believe I've seen you around the school, so I'm guessing you're either not a teacher or we have very different schedules."

"I just mostly run the music shop in town," Tisarwat offered. "I used to be a student, though. Graduated a couple years ago. I'm actually the lieutenant on a ship back home, but right now I'm sort of on leave." She gave a rueful smile. "Captain's orders."

Because someone was worried a little baby tyrant might highjack all her plans which was just....come on!
