Three Minute Dates- Caritas- Saturday before 8:15 pm

It was that time agaaaaaain! There was a sign on the door and a banner above the stage.

CARITAS PRESENTS
THREE MINUTE DATES

Or maybe, perchance, you totally missed it somehow, and didn't run from the bar before Tino could sign you up for dates. It happens!

And then a few minutes before 8:00, Kitty took the stage under the banner, to a drumroll from the zombie drummer.

"Hello and welcome to another installment of Three Minute Dates!" Kitty began. "In case you're new to this, in a couple minutes I'm going to call out sets of names. You'll find that person, talk to them for a whole three minutes. When you hear this siren-" Oh, that was an obnoxious air horn sound. "-you'll get a new person to talk to. If you got sucked into this without your knowledge, sorry, and also it's fifteen minutes of your life, make some new friends!"

"I hardly think you can call it spoiled," said Shunsui smoothly, "when such poetry practically leaps," his hand danced in the air with a smooth swoop as if tracing the very path of those words, "from one's lips to your ears as natural as if it were breathing ♥...

"In fact...."

He considered her for another brief, thoughtful moment before he offered:

"Her beauty...illuminates...
Even the darkest hearts
Like a beacon.

And even her name
...Jaye...
Like a sigh
Of longing
Of awe
Of gratitude

To be in the mere radiant presence
Of her incomparable light."

And with that, he finished with a proud and crooked sort of smile, because, hey, he didn't think that was half bad! Clearly, a testiment to her aforementioned power as a true muse!

"So you're my best date of the night," Jaye decided, honestly.

And the compliment only worked to make that proud smile on Shunsui's face glow with a certain sort of sincerity that was perhaps a bit too rare for him, and he ducked his head in a sort of bow toward his appreciative audience.

"Although now you leave me in quite a conundrum, Jaye-chan ♥," he informed her. "Because as much as I would cherish being able to hold that title for the rest of the night, I would certainly hate for your next two dates to be terrible ♥. But perhaps we can work out a deal..." A deal he'd apparently decided it was now time to sweeten a little, as his jug made its appearance, as did a cup, and he started to pour as he made his appeal, "should you find yourself with a date that put my ranking at risk, come and find me afterwards, and maybe we can see what I can do to earn back my rightful place on top ♥."

With that, he offered out the cup.

"Sake ♥?"
