Town Hall, Friday, November 16 -- Morning/Afternoon

Christian hated feeling this helpless. The number of patients were growing, and nothing was relieving their symptoms. Even the kids with their magic mumbo jumbo could only bring fevers down for a short time.

He didn't want to admit defeat, but things were not looking good.

"Of course," she said, nodding. "Not everyone's getting stamps of approval like that, though. Only special people."

"I would have to be a man of many roles because...I'm the only member," he said, eyes wide with realization even if he'd known all along.

Fraser stood on his toes, even though he really didn't have to and kissed her forehead.

"There. Mountie approved."

Robin smiled. "Good. I'd hate to have Mountie disapproval."

That got her a grin and a blush and a quiet laugh.

"Lucky me," he said and kissed her forehead again.

"I'd confront the other Mountie if he tried to arrest you for that," Fraser decided. "I may be a gentleman but I know how to fight."
