The beach, after sunset Saturday

It was Chuck Bass's birthday and by god Blair was going to throw him a party.

By the time sunset arrived a section of the beach had been turned into a party zone. Green silk curtains had been hung up to help define the party space (and provide some privacy for anyone who wanted it). There were tables of food and drink entirely moddable which included Chuck's favorites and product-placed Vitamin Water as well as the birthday cake.

Music was playing, fires were lit to help keep things warm - all in all not a bad little birthday party on the beach.

All that remained was the party goers and the birthday boy.

Who's there to keep one single person from entering the party. All others are free to come on in, but they can interact with the mountie after he pings in if they like.

Fraser was, indeed, there, keeping a watchful eye out for the person Miss Waldorf had informed him about. He was wearing green, choosing to go casual for the evening (the hat was still on his head) so he wouldn't break her dress code.

Hannibal couldn't really find anything wrong with a party on the beach even if there was a dress code. And it was a dress code he'd even followed. So, after grabbing a drink, he was settling in for a long night.

Oh come on, Chuck's birthday and Angela helped pick the theme for this party, like she wasn't going to show up.

Valentine didn't know anyone involved in the poster (although wasn't the reported birthday boy in her cabin? Way to be a good neighbor, Wiggin), but she figured it couldn't hurt to duck into the party and check things out.

Turtle had absolutely no shortage of green in her wardrobe; it was her favorite color. The only problem was that a lot of her cuter dresses to wear to this party were all dresses that reminded her of Jeff.

So there might have been some necessary shopping, and she got dressed (http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=357807&PseudoCat=se-xx-xx-xx.esn_results) after stopping by a campfire for the evening and headed to the party. She couldn't miss a party.

A sick headache had kept Jack away from the Beltane festivities the night before, so he was grateful for a second chance to get out even if it did mean raiding the bottom of his wardrobe to find enough green clothing. The decorations and atmosphere certainly meant with his approval. With only slight difficulty with the bartender, he snagged a glass of cognac, then began wandering around, trying to evaluate the other guests.

Adora had been VIP invited so there was no way she'd miss showing up for Blair's party as herself. She wore a new dark green dress and carried her shoes. Heels weren't ideal in the sand.

Jennifer didn't know Chuck, but felt like it was in her best interest to go to the big party. It would be fun to meet new people and the like.

In a matter of sheer cosmic irony (that Jennifer was totally unaware of), she didn't really have any green in her wardrobe. She wore a deep jade scarf with a black dress, though, hoping that'd be enough.

She knew it didn't suit the local fashions, but it was green. Besides, she had no hope of being in fashion right now, so she might as well look good in what she had.

After having to deal with Blair, there was no way Sam wasn't showing up to the party, even if he hadn't followed the dress code. He was especially curious to see who else would show up, considering Chuck's track record with people in general.

She didn't think it would get cold, but she was nervous her arms wouldn't look nice otherwise.

Liir came, his black and green ensemble rather common place for him but it did match the theme. He had Chuck's present in his bag; he wasn't sure the other boy would like it, but he had his hopes.

Effy had a little hope this party would be more of a party than last night's bonfire, she'd had a little to drink before she came and might actually be in a relatively sociable mood. For her.

Chuck loved attention so he'd totally ping into his own thread at a party.

He was dressed entirely in green, of course, with a drink in his hand and looking immensely pleased with how this turned out. Serena needs to turn up more often if this was how Blair was going to vent her frustrations.
