"No." Bo crossed her arms behind the bar and ignored the balloon Tiny was holding out to her. "I already told you my terms. The whole thing or no deal."

Tiny held up his phone in the other hand, then made a show of putting it away. Bo just shook her head.

"No. I don't care if you record me. I'm just not doing it without the quid pro quo." She reached out and bopped the balloon lightly. "Every. Single. Verse."

Which was why anyone visiting the bar tonight, including the guests at Warren and Karla's birthday party, would find themselves treated to a high-pitched -- and very long -- performance of I Am The Very Model Of A Modern Major-General from the huge guy in the leather vest.

Bo's performance, they'd have to be very good at searching YouTube (or know Tiny's username) to find, and also fast enough to get there before Bo filed the fake DMCA takedown notice. Or the obscenity one. She was still trying to decide which seemed more likely coming from Disney.

Seifer was actually having fun listening to the pair behind the bar sing, because it wasn't him that was having to do it.

He'd just wait for a break in the song and ask for a lager.

Which is why Rinoa was creeping up behind her onetime ex and tapping him gently on the shoulder.

Hugs from Rinoa were definitely allowed, forever. Unless she went evil, and then they might be accompanied by stabs.

And really, she couldn't sneak up on him. It may have been five years, but he still got that tingle in the back of his head when a sorceress was near.

Karla was going to have her very first drink of the evening, right at Eric's table. Because now she was legal and she could. If he had a problem with it, she was going to mention that he brought the virgin sacrifice to the orgy once.

But, hey, her feet weren't on the chairs, so it was a step up from the last time she was here.

Warren was going to, mercifully, stay out of the hard liquor while he was here. After all, this was a birthday party, not a night out drinking with the guys.

... Idly, he wondered if any of 'the guys' were going to end up here tonight. He supposed an impromptu game of drunken Angry Birds was probably fitting for an early-belated-timeline-screwy birthday party, anyway.

Psssht, whatever Warren. Karla was most certainly not staying out of the hard liquor tonight. She was twenty-one! That meant she could drink in Eric's bar and he couldn't say a dang thing about it!

The Ebon-Gray made it damn hard for her to get drunk, but that didn't mean she couldn't give it the old Fandom try.

Jono had arrived, but, unsurprisingly, he wasn't huge on the mingling thing. He was sitting back and watching people visit one another, more or less ignoring the alcohol. And Tiny's singing.
