Cesar was in the kitchen, yelling something in Spanish and yelling at the stove. There were plenty of chairs.

People were lined up along the sides of the streets to watch the race. Whatever they were racing.

Bonfires were burning merrily, and there were random tables of food, drinks, and a cotton candy machine.

The broadcast begins with The Rolling Stones version of "Money (That's What I Want)", as it does every time.

"Welcome, you crazy hoo-mons, to another week of Profits and Prophecy. Today I'm not cursed with sudden silence, so we'll have a proper interview again. Joining me is Seamus Harper, the only employee I've managed to keep. for a long period of time. But first up, we'll have a few musical selections, as selected by you, my audience. We begin today with a song called 'Highway to Hell', by AC/DC."

The music begins, and the show goes on.

[ooc: Wait for OCD, please We are in business!]

The store was more or less back to normal after Seras' adventure with the Gentlemen.

And, the heat was still godawful, and Seras kept her self busy making displays of electic fans and ice packs and popsicles.

All and Sundries is open.

Alfred tapped on his note pad with his pen as he wondered what to do with his students next class period. Perhaps it was time to finally stop talking about theory and start moving into practice.

Cafe Fina was open.

Weevil opened Caritas on time despite the late post and wondered if it would be another busy night.

[ooc: this is v's player posting; storms have knocked out weevil's player's internet service for the time being. please mod tino. I'm back, finally!]
[identity profile] peter--parker.livejournal.com
Peter arrived at Pizza Planet after a quick stop by his cabin to change his clothes and wash his hands. His hair was still frosted terribly and his foot kept on tapping to random music in his head, but at least he hadn't done anything too embarrassing. Unless those cameras were real...

He was trying to purge that damn rickshaw song from his head while he waited for Zero to show up.

[OOC: Open for all of your Pizza or Planeting needs. Thread between Peter and Zero is locked.]
[identity profile] silent-robert.livejournal.com
Silent Bob was holding the boombox over his head in Approved Say Anything Manner, his eyes closed as he grooved to the somewhat melodious and incredibly synthesized music while Jay . . . did what Jay always did. He rocked out in the loosest and most unattractive manner possible. The boys are here for any of your "questionable cigarette" needs.

[[. . . so, I thought I posted this four or five hours ago. Turns out LJ is a h0r. But we already knew this. Slowplay is love.]]
