It seemed like a nice, normal day at the Arms Hotel, but just to be sure, Mary went to purchase a candy bar from the vending machine. The machine delivered what it promised with no sign of cough drops or condoms. A reassured Mary returned to the front desk with her candy, only to discover when she unwrapped it that she'd gotten a chocolate-covered grasshopper.

Funny how Mary completely lost her craving for chocolate after that.

Jessica was glad to be back in Fandom, but she still wasn't in the greatest of moods. She'd thought her maker was a horrible vampire daddy before, but now she really knew he was after what he'd done to Sookie. Stupid Bill. Why couldn't Eric have been her maker?

She was going to amuse herself tonight by flicking peanuts at the zombies and pretending she was throwing rocks at Bill.
