Dani was in a bad mood. She'd literally gotten up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and banged her knee against the nightstand. Then she was out of coffee. She made a mental note to stop by The Perk before heading to work, but she forgot about it until she got to the stable without any coffee.

The horses seemed to sense her crankiness and refused to put up with it. They headed out to the paddock and refused to come back inside when she was done cleaning out their stalls. "Fine! You can stay out there," Dani grumbled. If she wasn't going riding today, she might as well tackle paperwork, even if it wasn't going to improve her mood.

The Gig was open. Just steer clear of the owner unless you've brought her coffee.

Plus column: Bo was human again.

Well. Bo was human-shaped again, and she had legs that were human-shaped again, and those legs had boots that were human-shaped again, so no one had to die.

Minus column: her favorite Hot-Girl-I-Can't-Sleep-With-But-It-Won't-Stop-Me-From-Flirting had skipped town and wasn't here to admire them.

Sigh. Tonight's borderline-illegal skirt was for Isabela anyway.
