With classes over for the summer, Bod was already looking ahead. He knew next week was going to be a difficult one so he was saving those thoughts for later when he was alone. Today, he was thinking about classes for next semester and possible extracurricular activities that he might want to join. Some of the cooking staff suggested a cooking club. Bod chuckled because he didn't think he was that good but he still kept it in mind.

Eventually thoughts of classes turned into thoughts of his trip with Kate next week. He had the plans and the place and now he was just making some other arrangements via his mobile phone. He was never not going to be amazed at how many things you could do on a smartphone.

Vida was flipping through a catalog of new floral arrangements and bouquets for next year when she came across a bright and cheerful Easter bouquet offering. Amongst the pink and purple and yellow flowers was a smiling bunny head on a stick.

"Oh, honey, no," she said as if the vendor could hear her. "I can't sell something like that. A decapitated bunny bouquet would just be asking for trouble." Especially in this place.

Harper was standing in the store window and warily looking out at the weather. She had nothing against ice cream rain, but she couldn't figure out why it came with pickles. Still, it was a good opportunity to run a special on umbrellas and all those rain ponchos she'd had trouble selling from earlier in the season.

The island may be experiencing pregnancy symptoms with the pickles and ice cream, but inside Groovy Tunes, the only thing falling from the sky was bits of plaster from the noise level.

It's classic punk day, people. The Clash, Sex Pistols, Ramones, Dead Kennedys and more were in heavy rotation, and Seifer was rocking out behind the counter.

Jessica had her laptop at the bar tonight and was just finishing up a blog post about what she'd learned about needing permission to make another vampire. Really, if their makers weren't going to share such important information with them, she and her fellow babyvamps had to depend on each other to find out these things.

Maybe she should write a handbook or something. That wasn't a bad idea.
