The Streets of Fandom, Monday
Monday, December 23rd, 2013 10:35 amUpon leaving for work this morning, Éponine had set foot outside and immediately been pelted by a rain of coins. It had been exciting for a moment, then cause for suspicion in light of what had happened the last time there'd been free money lying around the island, then -- when the coins' relative lightness clued her in that they weren't real -- disappointment.
Until she unwrapped one, anyway. Free chocolate was almost as good, and less likely to come with a catch.
As a result she was humming cheerfully as she went about her mail route today, and stashing chocolate coins into every pocket and empty bit of space in her mailbag.
[OOC: Seriously, any excuse to use the rain icons. Open!]
