Maria was working, busy organizing a few of the displays that looked like they had been visited by people who didn't know what exactly they were looking for.

She was fine with this as it allowed her to get a good look at the kinds of things people bought in the store so she could tell Jono if they started running low on anything. Besides, she liked knowing what was selling and getting artistic ideas from the music sold.

The stereo was behind the counter playing operas of different kinds. Maria just left it alone.
