Wednesday had been the party. Yesterday had been 'sleeping off the hangover'. Friday, Dante was back at work, in a good mood-- though that one had lasted long enough that he was starting to get suspicious of it. It pretty much had to mean something was going to go wrong again sooner or later and screw everything up.
It was a feeling that stuck with him all day, regardless of how hard he tried to avoid thinking about it. (It was a waste of a good day, for one, dwelling on the future like that.) So he went looking around the store for things to distract himself with, whether it be poking around the guitars again - still too worried about breaking anything to touch them, mind you - and digging through the sound systems, looking for Noisia albums he hadn't heard yet.
Eventually he managed to track down their new single and let that
pump through the speakers.
Still not enough, though. Maybe if he spent the rest of the day brainstorming better names for the store than freaking 'Groovy Tunes'?
