Jalian's Doorway was sitting in a corner, and she checked it, sighed, and sent another probe through. It was all waiting now, seeing when a probe would find the right timeline.

So until then, she might as well get work done. Stark's was open!

The majority of the bruises he'd taken the other week had faded, and Jono was actually in a fairly good mood today. Good enough, at least, to come in to work like a functional business owner should. More or less. He was still not getting terribly much in the way of work actually done, necessarily. He kept finding what appeared to be tiny houses here and there among the shelving. Tiny houses, made out of mushrooms. With tiny clotheslines bearing tiny trousers and hats.

Apparently the little blue people that Dante had been chasing off yesterday had come back in the dark of night.

So... today was apparently going to be spent negotiating lease agreements over the prime real estate under the shelving. The real sticking point appeared to be whether or not they'd get a break on Jono's asking price because his cat sometimes visited the shop, to which Jono felt compelled to point out that they hadn't been invited.
