Fandom Post Office, September 27 (Tuesday)

Someone, somewhere, had evidently mailed a phone to someone on island, and somehow or other that phone had made it through the entire shipping process while being powered on. Or, possibly, it had managed to turn itself on en route, which given the ever-lengthening list of Quirks of Interdimensional Postal Delivery was a likelihood Éponine wasn't willing to dismiss so readily.

The point was, there was a phone ringing somewhere at the bottom of a very large pile of incoming packages, and until everything was all sorted out, it was going to drive her out of her mind. Although --

"Good lord, if it's that loud now, I'm not sure I want to dig it out from under all of that."

It was a quiet night, so Kitty was spending the downtime reading pretty much every article she could find about the debate last night and polls taken afterwards. After a while she wasn't getting any new information, but it was still a thing to do. (A sometimes enraging thing to do.)

Also if she was still dealing with a wine headache, well... shut up.

Jessica had made a joke about it during one of her dates the other night, but now she was trying to work out the logic of it: how would she get a doctorate if she really wanted to be Doctor Drew?

Wait. No. No. Doctor Jessica Drew. Full names.

She did have a high school transcript, so that was one item down. No legal residency anywhere but this weird island. Maybe she could steal the identity of Tony's version of her? Did credentials even apply from one dimension to the next? Was there some kind of multidimensional University of Phoenix she could sign up at?

Could... Could she just call herself a doctor? Her entire identity was falsified, she could just add that to her record. She was a spy, she could make it official AF.

This was how Jessica was spending her day.
