It had been really quiet last week with most of the folks with the school out of town. It had been peaceful, but given Peter too much time to think.

So today, he was back in the flower shop, poring through catalogues. The books Khadgar had brought in had mentioned a lot of different plants and herbs, and now he was looking up everything from mint to catnip to lavender to aloe and seeing where he could get them and how well they'd cultivate indoors.

If nothing else, the shop should smell great by the weekend.

Jessica had spent the past week building a new wrist-mounted portal device based on specs Spider-Ham (still weird) gave her. She knew there were other Spiders out there in the multiverse protecting the Great Web of Life and Destiny now, which was cool. And they knew how to get to her if needed.

And once she finished this portal device, she'd be able to call Earth 001. But that wasn't all. "Hey, JARVIS. I think it's time to push my costuming binge to the next level. I need some research on the most flexible armoring you can dig up." She had some thoughts on improvement after working on her jacket.
