The Gig, Friday
Friday, December 30th, 2016 07:22 amDani walked into the barn with a handful of carrots and started handing them out. "Looks like the weather will be pretty decent for a picnic, even if it's still December," said Dani. "Who wants to go for a ride and check out all the newb... Whoa."
She came to a halt in front of an empty stall, even though she was sure the barn was full the last time she left. Dani did a head count. Then she counted one more time, to make sure all the horses were accounted for, even the new one. She walked out of the barn, then walked back in. Yes, there was still an empty stall. She took one more shot and walked out. This time, she went all the way to The Perk and came back with coffee. The empty stall was still there, and the horses were in their correct stalls. "I swear, this place is just messing with me," she grumbled.
The Gig was open.
