Prompto came skittering into the shelter that day a bit late, fully ready to launch into an excuse that placed the blame firmly on being chased down by some real gnarly looking dino-dudes, complete with heroic antics and near-escapes, because that made for a much better excuse than the real reason he'd been late, which was that he had completely forgotten that he and Sidon had switched shifts this semester, and didn't remember until he was about half-way finished with harvesting his crops on his adorable kitty farm game and constructing a super cute new outfit for his avatar.

But the vet didn't even ask; the vet didn't even seem to care, and while a part of Prompto knew he should be grateful for that, he mostly just felt bummed out because it was a really good story he'd made up.

Oh, well. Maybe he'd just tell the...er....puppies? They were still totally cute and all, but Prompto was definitely not going to be puppy piling today, no offense, bros. He'll happily just leave all the hairless pets to Vette.

Blackstone Foundry and Forge, Thursday

Well. Not so much with the foundry or the forge bits today, was the place? Didn't stop Fjord from showing up, though, following along with Amaya's lesson and making a few arrowheads in the process.

It was different work. New work. Something maybe he'd have some use for someday. Not... that he knew how the hell to fire an arrow. But hell, maybe Fenris would have an interest in these or something?

If anyone wanted any metalwork done, Fjord would write down their order happily, but otherwise, they were gonna be S.O.L.

Sorry about that, Fandom. How about some arrows?

Atlas Gym, Thursday Late Morning

Another Thursday, another trip to the gym. Liam's shoulder was healing up pretty well, and so he had been planning to maybe do something a little more strenuous than he had last week...

Until he saw that, for some reason, much of the equipment he'd been planning to use had been replaced by versions made of rock. Including the heavy bag. It was literally just a boulder suspended on a chain from the ceiling right now.

"... Nope," Liam decided. Not happening. Tai Chi again it was, then.

There's been a dinosaur, and so Sabine was late today.

She didn't have to fight it or anything. It was just really big and in her way.

Anyway, it's moved on now if you wanted some weapons.

Covent Garden Flowers, Friday (5/17)

Keyleth was absolutely fascinated by the giant ferns, and to tell the truth she'd been looking forward to work ever since she'd found out on yesterday's radio broadcast what the flower shop was like this week.

She wasn't above giving them the occasional word of encouragement or constructive criticism on their drumming and chanting, either. "I like it, you guys! Really relaxing."

She also miiiiiiiiiight have been trying to figure out what kind of new dinosaur to try and turn into later this evening, after she was off work. Maybe a triceratops so Scanlan would have a point of reference in a few years? Maybe.
