Knowing that it was a break week anyway, and that both Kurt and Libby were away for it and he wasn't quite sure when they'd be back, Graham made an executive decision to to also take a break from the game that week. He didn't want either of them (or anyone who'd had plans he didn't know about!) to miss it, especially since they'd cut off in the heat of their first epic battle! But he also let everyone else know that if they still wanted to swing by that evening and still play one of the many other games the Emppoorrrr~rium had to offer, he would certainly not say no! Or even if they wanted to just come by and hang out with him and Saffron and Little Bot, too!

For now, mostly, he was looking into maybe convincing Saffron to check out one of those other said games with him, and he'd chosen something that he thought sounded really cool, but, hooo, boy, was he starting to have regrets.

One of the teens had locked themselves in the storage room. At first it wasn't obvious if it had been on purpose or not, but then the door handle shaking and calls for help started.

Eddie decided to leave him in there for a little bit. Builds character. It was also where the tortilla chips were stored so it wasn't like the kid was gonna starve in there or anything.

Trooper Station, Friday

Watts had his feet up on his desk and was leaning back dangerously far in his chair. Actually, he was leaning back at just the precise angle that he knew was stable. Any further and he knew he'd fall. From experience, yes.

And he certainly wasn't doing anything work related. Instead, he had his rubik's cube in hand, and was working on solving that. Just another day at the Trooper Station, really.

The Causeway, Then Through Town, Friday Afternoon

A very expensive, very new SUV (thanks, Castor) parked in the causeway lot, and the driver reached over to shake his passenger's shoulder.

"Smalls, wake up. We're here."

There was no response. Gray was out cold. Raiden should have expected this.

"Okay, Smalls," he said, and went around the car to get his brother out.

There was a very large man with a much smaller, unconscious guy slung over one shoulder like a sack of potatoes dragging a suitcase (which had some anime guy on it, Raiden didn't know which one) behind him, making his way through the town. This was very normal, right?

"I'm starving," Raiden complained aloud. "What's good around here besides the pizza, Smalls?"

'Smalls' once again did not reply. He might have snored a little bit.

Fandom Fire Station, Friday

Travis was doing his best to ignore the crow that had landed on the fire station sign just outside the window. It was just one crow. Sure he'd had a whole conversation about crows with Marc earlier in the week, but that didn't mean that one crow hanging out outside was anything to worry about.

It definitely wasn't looking at him funny. Why would it? It was just a crow.
