Tisarwat was used to things just sort of showing up at the store without her having ordered anything; it made her job easier, really, because half the time, she didn't really even know what she was doing, but it also made her wonder if her job here truly was obsolete and pointless.
Either way, there'd been some new releases that came in that day, and she was giving them a cursory glance to note anything of interest before either adding them to the shelves or setting them aside to maybe display and feature. This batch was pretty unremarkable for her, though, until one sort of caught her eye.
"The Furnado Frog Band Extravaganza?" she read, frowning a little as she flipped the CD over to read the back of it to confirm that, yes, this was a CD of music by a band of frogs, apparently, with such exciting hits as 'Hop to It', 'Your Lilypad or Mine?', and, of course, 'It's Not Easy Being Green.'
She was curious enough to crack one open to read the liner notes, and, sure enough, yup, it was, indeed, that Furnado.
Now she felt almost compelled to play it in the store today.
It wasn't bad. Good beats, a little twangy, but the lead singer's voice was a little too croaking for her tastes.
