The Park; Sunday Afternoon [10/16].

pun_kingToday was supposed to be all about getting back into their training after both Graham and Triumph had spent a respective week off. And while there had been a little bit of that, with several rounds around the park as a whole, dodging through the playground equipment, chasing after ducks, and leaping over flamingos, they had eventually taken a break, and that break had turned into the two of them settled comfortably on a particularly soft patch of grass and just cloudgazing.
"Zounds, look at that one!" Graham said, happily thrusting out a finger to point out a particularly large cloud. "That one almost looks like one of the castles we saw last week!" He had to chuckle a little bit. "Guess I got to see my floating castle after all, huh, buddy?"
There was a happy sigh as he continued just scanning the sky for any other inspiring cloud, with Triumph occasionally offering up a little trilling chirp as he spotted out his own, and Graham would just grin and say, "You're right! That does look like a little like one of the jinxes, doesn't it? Good catch!"
They could definitely be at this for a while, but that was fine by Graham. The school trip had really been amazing, but he'd really missed having his best friend around to share it with, and so it just felt really nice to be back.
