Luke's Diner; Tuesday [09/03].

Apparently, Greg had taken a vacation to Jamaica that weekend, and everyone was honestly surprised he'd even remembered to come back. But return he did, and bearing a few spices and other ingredients to offer to Ignis not only as a sort of general offering of peace, but also because he was sort of hoping he'd whip up some island flavors for him, since his tastebuds and his stomach weren't quite ready to leave them all behind.

Naturally, Ignis was happy to obliged, though the rest of the staff doubted it was really the food that Greg had been missing the most about the place.

Once he'd settled, though, behind the counter after setting the menu and doing the usual prep work, with his cup of coffee to enjoy a bit of quiet before any customers were likely, based on previous traffic, to come in, he took a moment to also check a perfectly timed message on his phone.

He'd listened to it twice before promptoly grabbing Greg to watch the counter a moment while he went back to the kitchen, with the particular desire to tend to a few new recipehs that would distinctly be well off the menu.

Atlas Gym; Tuesday [09/03].

The new stereo had come in yesterday and it was still working very well, not getting stuck on any songs at all, and the staff was under strict instructions to not let any of the gremlins near it if they could help it. This meant that Gladio had to deal with a couple of any gremlins that morning, giving him the stink eye, but he was fine with that. They knew what they did.

But, to kind of ease tensions a little bit, too, there was a Music Playlist Suggestion Box set up at the reception desk in the lobby now, too, with little cards to even include what time and days you were at the gym so that it could be more likely to hear what you wanted to hear while you worked out if you weren't working out to your own jams.

Gladio wasn't going to put it together; he was absolutely sending that task over to Prompto, because Prompto would go nuts for something like that, but it felt like a good compromise over, you know, letting gremlins play the same exact song on repeat all godsdamned day.

The Photo Hut; Tuesday [09/03].

Prompto, who had definitely been here regularly on a weekly basis as per usual, really, found a lot of things he really loved about Earth, or at least this particular part of it, and one of those things was seasons. You didn't really get much of that, back in Lucis, and fall had a coziness that he was definitely a big fan of. Also, the Pumpkin Spice Lattes, which is why he maybe splurged a little by popping over to the Perk real quick before opening the shop so that he had one in hand as he started decorating the shop for fall and spooky season.

He was a little less big on the spooky season stuff, but orange and black were pretty solid colors together and he did enjoy looking forward not just his birthday next month but also all the cute costumes to consider for Noctra for Halloween and all the puppies at the animal shelter, too!

Oh, man, and it was heading into time for family photos for the holidays, too, so he was really looking forward to that nice upswing in his freelance photography stuff, too!

Tino was off today, and it was really quiet. But also it was really quiet.

Kitty was enjoying it. Look at her, getting work done and being all efficient. Look at her, actually being a little bored, something she would never admit.

Infinite Consortium - Tuesday

When Dean came into the store today, it wasn't the chair that gave him the jump scare. It was that damn terminator reject.

So for the first five minutes of the day there was Dean pointing his gun at the damn thing that he for sure had rebuilt itself and came after him. Again.

It wasn't until he found the note from Liliana saying "it was a two for one" purchase that Dean finally put away the gun and went to work.

So anyone coming into the store today would find Dean very busy dismantling the clockwork droid with a hacksaw and putting the parts in different containers which would later be buried in different places later in the week.

Except for the head of the droid which Dean had strapped to the top of the chair just because he was in a mood.

Tuesday: Plant Parenthood

Nell was busily making up a simple syrup for the new hummingbird feeders and filling them up - once it had properly cooled, of course. When they were all finished she ran them up to the roof to set them out.

She left a 'Back in Fifteen Minutes' sign on the door when she left, just in case anyone stopped by, but she might just have forgotten to take it down when she returned. However, anyone looking in would see her bustling around the store. Unless it was later in the afternoon in which case they'd see her in a chair by the window with a book and a cup of tea.

Wherever she was, she was absolutely interruptible, so please do stop by!

Tuesday: Groovy Tunes

Charlie was there till her class, but might have been late coming back afterwards. And with the sheer amount of food she'd eaten, the afternoon was more like a nap session than anything else. She would wake up if anyone came in - that's what Wake Up charms were for, but otherwise, yeah, she'd be dozing away with a smile on her face.
