Hey, everyone. I'm Jane Smith, the owner of Perkolator. We're only a few blocks away from fandomhigh, so come on by when you need your Java fix. Also, we have a small stage over against that wall ::gestures:: and a good soundsystem. If you want to try a little busking, the stage is yours.

Now, most of my staff disappeared about a week ago and we're short-staffed right now, so please be patient with us. I've already hired bluemanoncampus for weekday evenings, but I need another person for afternoons and evenings as well as weekend shifts. Let me know if you're interested.

Jake walks into the cafe, yawning. "School sucks," he mutters to himself, before standing in line, squinting up at the sign with coffee choices. "Double espresso and keep 'em coming," he says to the vaguely familiar barista. He gets his order and smells the coffee lustily while looking around for a table.
