Edmund opened the shop as usual. His foul mood continued unabated. For some unknowable reason there is a display of books by Chekhov and an accompanying display of vodka. He appears to be partaking of one or both.

All and Sundries is open.

Walter almost missed the Swedish Chef. At least someone cooked regular meals on campus during the semester. With time on his hands and not much else to do, he wandered into town to stop at J,GoB for some coffee yes, all those Americans had infected him and some pastries to bring back to the dorms for his friends.

He grabbed a mocha and took a seat near the front window to people watch, or, as Alfred commanded, to observe. For instance, the remarkable number of metal bits J,GoB's clerk had in his face.

So he camped out behind the counter, propped up his feet, and sipped a Slug-O-Cola.

After some debate and half a roll of gaffer's tape duct tape on the bassist, Jarod opened the bar. Today's book was on water safety.

The Park, Wednesday Night

Ellie set up her telescope in a clearing in the center of the park, away from the lights of the streets. While she had access to more powerful scopes, she still found it relaxing to use this smaller telescope to watch the night sky. She paid her respects to Vega, then aimed her viewer toward the fragments of the Schwassmann-Wachmann comet.
