Dean led Charlie down into town and to the Sin. The buildiing was already starting to acquire that disused air empty houses get.

The door was locked, but it only took Dean a moment or two to pick the lock. He grinned at Charlie when he'd finished. "And I never enter buildings illegally either."

Which was why Anakin was sitting crossed-legged on the ground by the pond trying to find some peace through meditation.

Parker had phoned Jack and Cedric, and then gone to drag Isabel to the Causeway, insisting that she'd be sad to miss the surprise. "Seriously. You'll like this. And besides, we need to get away from the newbies."

She checked her watch, then grinned as she saw the surprise arriving, turning Isabel around so she couldn't see. "Hang on... Five... four... three... two... one!"

She whipped her hand off Isabel's face. "Happy late birthday!"

And Isabel's present from her parents rolled to a slow stop in front of her.

It was Musubi's first night behind the bar and she was most certainly not pleased.

Why were there small umbrellas back here? Was she to use them as weapons in case of an attack? What purpose could they serve save to protect very small creatures from the rain?

This was indeed much different than the House of Windowless Rooms.

Liz got to the post office on time and set up. She was looking forward to meeting the new students. She found it hard to believe that it had been nearly five months since she had first arrived at Fandom.

Sparky Repairs, Friday

And started making up the back room to nest in for the weekend and make preparations for leaving after the weekend.

Preparations involved teaching the 'bots how to hog-tie a person and cover them with jelly while Scorpy takes pictures.

Emma was sitting by a window table, eating a croissant and shielding her mind liek woah to keep from being overwhelmed by all the new people popping up. She'd dropped a postcard in a mailbox, and the only thing else she had planned for the day was a visit to Caritas. She could get to like this vacation thing.
