Mary was in a good mood today. As usual on a Saturday, she set herself up in the lobby seating area instead of the front desk. After ordering a pot of jasmine tea and scones, she got to work writing thank you cards for the early wedding presents that arrived yesterday. It was only the polite thing to do, even if they had all turned out to be toasters.
