Ino’s mood?

Sooo not any better.

She had the music cranked up prohibitively loud and was working by cleaning the weapons. After all, sitting in cases and displays as they usually were would just make them dusty...

There was something different about the week? About the day?

If there was, you couldn’t tell by looking at Genesis. He was lounging in one of the chairs as he studied his actors.

“Last week,” he said, “those of you who showed up completed the play with scene thirteen. Those of you that haven’t... the scenes involving you are the focus today. Everyone else—review your scripts, practice, and if you have any questions, I am available.”

“As for what we’ve not covered... we’ll start with scene five. Karla, Warren. You’re up.”

While William had noticed the odd... restlessness... of the past couple days, he hadn't yet noticed anything especially unusual about today. He usually did strive to be as honest as possible, after all.

Or perhaps it was just that he hadn't yet spoken to anyone today.

In any case, William could be found behind the counter, tinkering with a circuit board. Or trying to. For some reason, his focus was just dreadful.

[ooc: open, though SP when I go to woooork in a couple hours.]

Cable hadn't managed to get quite as much work done the past few days as he would have liked - something which he blamed almost entirely on Wade. He had his tricks to keep his hormones down, after all.

He was also hoping that this particular Fandom Incident wasn't going to keep on happening straight through Jan's teenage years, or he was going to have to have some Words with the island's machinery.

Still, here he was, back again, going through papers on his desk. He had a desk fan set up just in case anyone with slightly more pressing hormone issues stopped by. He was considerate like that.

"How have I never noticed how sexy you are?" Shelley asked the stark-white male manikin she was dressing. "I mean, I know it's just plastic down there, but what an impressive bulge." She reached down and gave it a pat. It just felt like the right thing to do.

Lion-o wasn't sure why he did it, but he hadn't been there longer than 10 minutes before giving the kitchen staff a very honest assessment of what he thought of them.

They weren't too happy to be called spineless cowards, which is why poor Lion-o got stuck eating broccoli instead of burgers.

When Alex got into work that day, Tino was quietly cleaning the glasses. He didn't even look at Alex and was even being moderately polite.

"You know, everyone thinks you're a creeper and I wouldn't be surprised if you peep on the zombies when they're naked. You really need to get the Dummy's Guide to Not Being So Creepy. Might help you out."

Tino stood there open mouthed and Alex got to work. Of course, considering Alex would tell Tino this on any ole day, it hadn't dawned on him that this day was weird. Tino deserved it considering Alex was all wound up, tense and still jumpy. There was nothing weird going on here.

Yet.
