Jack spent in inordinate amount of time when he got to the law office today trying to water and revive the plants. He didn't even especially care for plants; he just felt bad that they were half-frozen, poor things.

Once that was done, he settled at the desk for some research into the personal background of the judge they were investigating. He was sure there was something there.

Fraser was sitting behind the desk, looking through a few files that he'd found wedged behind the filing cabinet. Honestly, he had to wonder about the sanity of the last landlord with things like this in his hand. Occasionally, he'd shake his head or groan but otherwise was quiet.

Dief was curled up asleep near the front door after thoroughly enjoying the snow that was still outside.
