Stark Industries, Saturday
Saturday, May 25th, 2013 08:25 amWhen Jessica got to Stark's this morning, somebody was already waiting at the door with a ringing alarm clock. Jessica couldn't really hear the customer over the loud blaring, but she was pretty sure she could figure out what the issue was.
The strange part was that the alarm clock wasn't plugged into an outlet and had no battery backup. After some analysis, a little bit of taking it apart, and some quick googling, she came up with the issue; it was probably possessed by a demon or haunted or something because there was absolutely no explanation for it other than the supernatural. After agreeing that the best solution would be for the customer to buy a refurbished alarm clock at a discount from the shop while Jessica disposed of the presumably haunted clock parts carefully, the customer left.
And then Jessica smashed the clock parts. But they were still making a surprising amount of noise. "Hey, Jarvis? We have to have some kind of bomb disposal unit here, right? I'm pretty sure blowing this thing up is the only solution at this point."
Well, that or exorcism, and she didn't know any exorcists personally.
