The student population of the island may have been occupied today with moving in to... whatever the hell those things were, Jake didn't even want to know. But Jake wasn't a student, so hah. He was occupied with something much more important.

No, not hockey. The playoffs were still a thing, Jake supposed, but since every team he actually cared about had been knocked out, the game was really only on for background noise. The rum was occupying most of Jake's attention today.

It seemed like an unfortunate coincidence that Freedom Arms happened to get a big extra shipment of knives on the same day the students moved from the dorms to inflatable bouncy castles. But supply and demand being what it was, it was a day for a knife sale.

Buy one, get one half off all knives in the store!

Coulson carved that into cardstock with one of the knives. They were very useful.

Whatever had had Tiny upset yesterday had apparently been enough to get him to call out today. So it was just Jaina at the bar today, dealing with the vocal stylings of pretty much all the teen girl singers there were out there. At first she'd been able to eyeroll and move on, but by now the autotune was really starting to bother her.

Hmm. To threaten the DJ or not threaten the DJ...
