Tiny was still out today. Something about being in mourning -- Jack decided not to press the issue. The DJ, however, was there right on time and enhancing Jack's life with a mix of excruciatingly perky '80's pop.

The worst of it was how it insisted on getting stuck in Jack's head. He hummed to himself about walking on sunshine as he restocked the bar.

After a really strange movie, even for Nicolas Cage, Cade was at his shift at the shop and grateful that it was just raining rain outside and not blueberries or green slime or something.

He might even be moderately helpful today, especially if you were interested in buying something that might puncture a bouncy castle.

Hanna was really happy to be at work today. It beat sitting around in a bouncy castle all day. She also needed proper shoes. Her heels would likely puncture the thing.

So yeah, this was just the right place to be today.

Apparently the little brats had moved from the dorms...to some inflatable buildings. Alright. Alice supposed that she would be more vigilant of people trying to buy sharp things...if someone ever decided to come and buy stuff. Actually, she supposed it was more plausible to expect them to do so just when it could actually end up in disaster, so she was vigilant.

She was also reading Cooking Healthy for Dummies. Multitasking!

Caritas- Monday

Like last summer, Jaye was back at Caritas, because she needed money and also it was air conditioned. How she ended up working twice on one day she didn't know, but at least this job had alcohol.

Which she needed, because Tino was trying his hand at karaoke.

Also she needed earplugs.
