Eliot was on the phone behind the counter again, today.

"No, Parker. . . . Because other people are already working on it. . . . I'm pretty sure that Nate didn't secretly steal the US Patent Office without telling us. . . . Because he's currently in Machu Picchu. . . . Of course I am. So is Hardison. . . . Look, the name change will happen. They don't need our services on this one. . . . Yes, I'm sure. . . . No, we're not stealing the Baltimore Ravens, either. . . . What the hell do you have against corvids?!"

The kitchen staff was crowded at the window, listening in on Eliot on the phone, today. But they'd probably get around to making something if you ask real nice.

Today's specials
Chicken parmesan
Garlic potatoes
Coconut cream pie

Luke's was open.
