Homecoming Brunch, The Park, Sunday Morning

If anyone had somehow been under the impression that the Student Council's glitter reserves had been used up at the dance last night, they would quickly realize their mistake upon arriving at the park. There were a few punkish decorations from the dance scattered around the tables - somewhere under the glitter there were, in fact, tables - and thankfully the weather was warm and not very breezy.

Posters went up all over town. Without glitter or exclamation points, so it was clear that Derek did them without help this time.

Well, Derek was certainly to the point. And made it almost sound like a very ineffective serial killer luring in victims.

It was a work in progress to make him act normal, okay?

Magic Box, Sunday, 10/26

Anders probably wasn't still leaving a trail of glitter when he went from the Brunch to the shop, but he could be forgiven for feeling as though he was. After all the sparkles of the last few days, the interior of the Magic Box -- overdecorated as it still was -- seemed positively dull.

He unpacked a shipment of fresh potions and then went at the bookshelves. He was hoping some hedge witch had come up with a glitter-removing spell that might work with his magic.

Alas, it didn't seem to be the case.

"Maybe I could adapt something for general cleaning," he murmured to himself as he put away the fifth tome on magical household cleaning he'd consulted. "Glitter isn't that different from dust..."

Eric had chased Tiny into the bar tonight--the bar which, inexplicably, was also covered in a fine glitter dusting.

So Eric went with it: Goldschlager was on special and Tiny was on dusting detail.

The Devil's Nest was open. Come drink with the legally allowed crowd.
