All Anders could think about was the stupid rocks he needed for Leland. What with the island being invaded again, he'd only gotten six more the day before. So he had eleven, and he needed twenty for his phylactery.

He thought about taking the day off just to look, but didn't want to explain to Rinoa why he was asking for it. She might not understand; she might even somehow take Cassandra's side.

Really, it was better for him to keep quiet about the whole thing with almost everyone. He'd get through the workday, somehow, and then go back to the cove to look some more. Tonight he wouldn't give up.

The Perk- Sunday afternoon

Sia had decided her injuries from yesterday weren't worth a healing trance, because she was tougher than that and it was just bruises and soreness and she could deal. What she couldn't deal with yet was a rambunctious dog who wanted to be played with often, so she'd left Four with him (sorry, Four) and headed to the Perk to sit quietly for a while.

Which was totally what she was doing. Sitting quietly, drinking coffee, and not moving a ton.

Another day on Fandom Island. Another hopefully fruitful day at the Needful Things. Leland had kept the shop open late last night, but he didn't look the least bit tired as he unlocked the door and flipped the sign to Open.
