Fandom Trooper Station, Thursday

When Jessica got to the station, she was a little surprised by the fact that the troopers were all sitting around the break room table, every one of them missing a piece or two of their armor. And then she noticed the cards.

"Really, guys?" she asked. "I can't believe this. At least make sure you have a phone on the table in case you get an emergency call." She grabbed a phone and put it on the middle of the table before taking a seat. She was a genius who was great at math and had serious spy training. She knew how to cheat at cards. Sue her. "Deal me in."

Given how easily distracted Ada had been so far this week, it was a miracle she even made it in to work. A spacey, twitchy, restless miracle, but still a miracle.

But she had to burn off all this somehow, and so Ada had filled up the Burn Barrel and was going to focus on feeding the flames instead of daydreaming. Normally daydreaming helped pass the time just fine, but, well, this week it was just making thing worse.

Demon Marcus was open, and your shop girl hasn't quite realized it's not just her, yet.
