Someone had brought in a laptop a week ago and then decided they were just going to get a new one rather than fix it, so they basically gave Rey a new toy. So she was spending today opening it up, figuring out how it worked, and then she'd try to put it back together.

It'd probably take something very loud to get her attention, because this was turning out to be pretty fun.

"Okay," Sparkle said under his breath as he sorted items from the new shipment that had arrived the other day. "Okay, okay, okay."

Everything in it was green. Everything. Green shirts, green jeans, green shoes. There was even a really cute green scarf that he was thinking of bringing home, himself.

And then he found it.

"Ooooooooooooh god no."

How it found its way into their shipment, Sparkle didn't know. He just knew that it was finding its way into the burn barrel immediately.

Immediately.

He was already dousing it in butane.

It was the only way.

It was a good day to redecorate the store windows, which had never quite been switched over after Yule. (Oops.) Anders spent much of his day taking down dried-out evergreen and silver tinsel, and arranging artificial grass, eggs and flowers in their place. He added a few books about fertility magic and herbalism and a sign that read "Spring into spellwork!", and called it good.
