Another week, another look at Jessica's own blood. She was having some luck with a device that could analyze a sample, then apply the same neutralizing technology that was active in the Trooper Station's cells to see how it reacted with the OZ in the blood restricted. With this, she was able to compare the differences in the blood because, you know, science, and this sciencely got her to science out the beginnings of reverse engineering the OZ formula. Science.

But it would be helpful to have something to compare this formula against. Unfortunately, the OZ formula on her world went away when her world did and…. Nope, still gone. On the other hand, she did have an inside track on a world that definitely DID exist and featured Norman Osborn as the Green Goblin.

"Hey, JARVIS. In all of Tony's recon on Osborn, did he manage to track down any secret labs Norman might have?" Somebody was looking to guest star on another Earth again.

When Kitty came in today, she found the bar's floor covered in sand. Just covered. Tino wasn't here so she couldn't blame him. Maybe Fandom/the bar thought it was a good idea to bring summer inside?

Well, rather than spend all night cleaning up something that might be gone tomorrow, Kitty took her shoes off and decided to go with it. Come on in and grab a mai tai.

Around Town, Tuesday Afternoon

Ringo kept considering getting across the causeway to try a ride through the forest. AirTrek wasn't really designed for dirt and leaves and stuff, but the density of trees might make it possible. That was in the back of her head, slowly mulling over the possibility, as she slowly worked her way around town.

She put those thoughts on hold as she finally arrived in the little plaza that had been her ultimate destination.

It wasn't a part of town she spent a lot of time in, as a big open space wasn't really her speed. Sure, you could do some pretty impressive stuff with unobstructed space, but Ringo's style involved a lot more playing around obstructions. That was where the fun was!

But there were some things that big open spaces were good for, like practicing the basics. So Ringo was working through skid-stops, hopping up and down from a couple of benches, and spinning to ride backwards. And it turned out that the basics were still really fun. So while it wasn't hard, Ringo was still grinning hugely as she leisurely worked her way around the area.

Fandom Post Office, June 7

The phone kept ringing at the post office today, which meant that Éponine was especially glad that there were quite a few packages requiring special delivery runs today as well.

Because --

"No, I don't know, much less care, how many licks it takes to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop, and by god if you ask one more time I'll show you where you can stick your --"

Honestly, ignoring the phone was going to be better for everyone in the end.
