Groovy Tunes, Saturday

Another Saturday, another day at the Groovy Tunes for Jono. Once again, he'd been followed to work by a small stack of scripts, though unlike last week, these ones were well-worn and a bit dog-eared, with sticky notes jutting out between pages every which way. Incidentally, he had a pad of more sticky notes, and a pen, and he was going through each script and leaving more notes as he went.

It wasn't music shop work, no, but it kept him busy in the slow parts of the day, and it mostly served to help him pare a few more scripts out of the pile.

//Cast too big,// he muttered, putting one script to the side. //Set too big,// he grumbled, discarding the next. //No musicals.//

It was going to be a long day.

Caritas, Saturday Evening

It was a pretty ordinary night at Caritas. The band was playing some random Pink Floyd-y medley, Tino was being sulky over in a corner, and Mike was behind the counter doodling in a notebook.

He couldn't spend all evening cleaning glasses, you know. It was just a smart move to use some of his work hours on... well, his other work.
