Sparkle felt a little weird about coming in to work while his roomie was a younger, more paranoid, armed version of himself. But he'd left him a note - in Aurebesh - saying to help himself to whatever was in the fridge (the stuff in the clear containers with the snap-on lids was already cooked) and giving him directions on how to find him in case he had any questions or needed to wave that blaster in his face some more or... whatever.

He probably would have not bothered, but he wanted to get paycheques written up, and since his employees were both already about the same age as Jaq, he figured they probably wouldn't appreciate a defense of 'the island did a thing' so much if their pay came late.

Then again, he could probably have bribed them with stuffed animals and alcohol...

Ah well, too late for that, anyway. Demon Marcus was open.

Out Behind Movie Sign Theater 3000, Sunday afternoon

Steve, after a night spent righteously on a park bench because he didn't need charity from a guy who might've kidnapped him, decided to go to the pictures. It went about as well as he was used to: first the guy in front of him was talking--loudly, but through the previews--about how good that Kevin Spacey as a cat movie looked. Steve judged the hell out of him, but remained silent. Then the guy answered his phone during the opening credits and began talking. Steve coughed pointedly and the guy stopped his conversation, but only to start recording the movie with his phone. Which was when Steve pointed out how super illegal that was.

And that's why he was now out behind the movie theater getting his ass handed to him by a guy who might have been partially troll.

Just another Sunday for Steve Rogers.
