Dite's Decadent Delights, Wednesday
Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 10:20 amTalking to Eliot on Monday, Kathy had finally realized that she and Raven had been allowed to graduate in absentia and she wouldn't need to get her GED before starting college. Which meant that maybe she should start seriously thinking about going to college.
Hey, at least the very idea to committing to a semester or two of school didn't get in into panic mode anymore. She still had no idea what she wanted to study, but not!panicking was still a pretty good step.
At work, she had the Fall 2018 course catalogue open for Johns Hopkins University, idly going through and circling classes that snagged her interest, even a little bit. It was an eclectic collection of classes, ranging from an intensive Italian study to an intermediate gymnastics course--how long had it been since she'd picked up a ribbon for non-crimefighting purposes--to several courses in history, sociology, media studies, even a couple of science classes.
"Oh god, I really am the embodiment of the college kid who can't make up her mind."
