After his class, Kanan had contemplated doing his training in the park for the first time in a few weeks. Until he'd stepped outside and found himself soaked through with rainwater in short order.

Sigh.

So he'd made his way to the warehouse, sent people - sent anybody still around, really - the usual update about where practice was going to be today, and sighed as he started peeling his way out of his armor so that his clothing would dry as he trained. Hopefully.

So, he was adding that to the list of things he was going to have to start leaving in here. A change of clothes. Good to know.

Ah well. Maybe he'd just meditate until he'd dried off enough to train a little more comfortably.

[OOC: Open warehouse, woo!]

Honestly, if asked about it, Vette would admit that she was still kind of impressed that she'd managed to make her way in for her first work shift at the right time on the right day. A regular job? With hours and things? Now there was a novel experience, made even more novel by the fact that she hadn't even been here on this weird island for a full week yet.

Her crew had to have noticed she was gone by now, right?

That thought had Vette frowning a little as she stood at the counter, tinkering away with one of the scrap phones that Kaidan kept on hand for parts. She had her comm out, too, and was dissecting both of them to see if she could make some kind of functional hybrid of the two. No particular reason. Honest. Nothing at all like how she was quietly hoping she'd have a better chance of contacting Plasmajack or Fuse if she was bouncing a signal off the local communications networks or anything.

Really.

The C.I.C. was open, and the Twi'lek at the counter was happy to direct you to the games rooms or try to fix your broken stuff. Whenever she wasn't chasing the raven around to try to get her shiny electronic components back.

Since she had Sabine coming in today to take a look at the shop, Ino didn't linger too long in the backroom, tweaking and fussing with recipes, but instead spent the majority of her time going down her list and seeing what they had in stock, what they needed more of, what was going to need to be replaced shortly, and what was most popular.

Some of it, she was going to foist off on Sparkle when he was up to the whole working thing and, okay, some of it was getting dumped on him because he'd made her worry. Stupid minion.

Thinking about how she wanted her shop done up was a far more pleasing prospect than dwelling on her minion today.

When Liam got in to the station today, the drywall near the sheriff's office had been removed, and a couple of Troopers were installing... something...

"What is going on?" Liam said, turning to Ralph, as he seemed to more or less be the ringleader of this whole endeavor.

"We're making it so that the sheriff's office is completely isolated from the rest of the station," the Trooper replied.

"It already is," Liam pointed out. "You know, when I close the door."

"Not the air circulation system," Ralph replied. "What if someone tries to gas the station?"

"Well, it's a good thing your helmets include an air exchange system," came Liam's response. On the off chance that someone tried to gas the Trooper station, he'd totally wear their weird armor if he had to. "Now please stop messing around with the walls."

After pouting for a solid minute, Ralph eventually sulked off, and the Troopers he'd roped in to his little project got back to work patching up the drywall.

After class, Hera headed back to the scrapyard to see what she could get done today. It was raining fairly hard, so the answer was, 'not much', and she retired to the Ghost.

"Hey, Chop. What have you been up to today?"

So the gate alerts were on in case of visitors, and she'd be sitting here playing dejarik with Chopper for a while.

But the junkyard was open!

Despite its lack of eyes, Theron had given in to the cleaning droid's sad looks, and despite his better judgement, was fitting it with arms.

Of course, first he had to figure out how to attach them without them dragging on the floor every time it moved.
