Oktoberfest 2020 - The Park, All Day Saturday

The park was done up with a series of colorful tents to house every stall the festival could hope to host. The weather was a perfect fall crispness for all to get out and enjoy themselves with their lederhosen. Because you know you wanna try out those lederhosen, right?

Diego was planning on going to Oktoberfest after his shift but apparently someone decided to bring the party to the station. He didn't know where that polka music was coming from but when he found out the person responsible was going to regret it. At least nobody was in lederhosen.

Pick Your Poison, Saturday

Lucille arrived early at the shop. She swept the floor, dusted the shelves, and still managed to leave some cobwebs in the corner. She wrote some new signs for the shelves in spidery ink. She looked around the place, felt content, and opened the book she had brought with her, a collection of poetry, marking a few pages that she felt Tisarwat should read.

Groovy Tunes, Saturday

Doing a stock inventory, it was clear that she should probably make a few changes. Not that running a profitable music shop was Breq's goal in life, but since she was running a music shop, it could just as well be as profitable as possible. So, new CDs didn't sell much. Second hand CDs and vinyl did better, but might need an online store. So far, musical instruments were doing the best, although the sale of that piano had made a difference there. Still, it was worth looking into.

Meanwhile, the stereo was playing Medieval choral music, and Breq missed her other bodies, especially the ones with good voices.
