Diego was in a much better mood today than he had been when he was at work earlier in the week. The baggage was gone and he had his girlfriend back, which helped considerably.

If he had known what he had been signed up for this evening he probably would look a little more pissed off but since he didn't he would just live in ignorant bliss with his coffee and donuts.

It was terribly busy, for obvious reasons. The holiday was a bit too sweet for Lucille, but it did make her think about whether romantic love would ever be for her, and whether she wanted it to be.

But there was only so much time for contemplating romance, when orders had to be finished, and she was relieved that the flowers were at least cooperative. There was also a distracting background soundtrack, with romantic songs not at all to Lucille's taste.

The dates were over, and now it was time to see if anyone actually managed to hook up.

Well, at least that's totally what Jaye was watching for as she took her place behind the bar, ready to maybe talk to some people who weren't terrible and make Tino serve the drinks that Kitty had asked them to do. Listen, Jaye only made it to her shifts like half the time, she had to ease back into this whole bartending thing.
