With most of her other projects wrapped up and finished, Amaya had spent most of her week brushing up on that sword she'd started last week, and, really, she was glad the progress has been going well, because that meant she could finish it up nicely today with enough time left over to get ready for a certain dinner she'd been invited to later. Sure, sure, it had been expressly 'no fancy dress,' but she figured the least she could do was at least squeeze in a decent shower before hand!

The sword itself? Nothing too impressive, really, but sometimes, it just felt good to get to the basic, simple stuff and do it really well. You couldn't go wrong with a simple sturdy handsome looking blade like that!

Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

Rey walked in to find a large tent set up in the warehouse.

Inside was filled with bean bag chairs and pillows, and also a TV? This didn't seem very helpful for training so she was guessing this was more a Fandom thing than anything, which also meant she was outside the tent trying to figure out where the electricity for the TV was coming from.

Trooper Station, Friday

So the island had a new arrival. Which Liam knew of not just because he listened to radio, but also because he'd received a call from a certain Agent Lee early yesterday morning appraising him of the situation. Or at least, the bare bones of the situation. She hadn't offered details, and he hadn't asked many, beyond for her to send over pictures of the men Halstead was hiding from. Just in case.

He sincerely doubted they'd actually ever show up on the island, but it never hurt to be too careful, right?

In the meantime... it was going to be a paperwork sort of day today.

Fandom Fire Station, Friday

". . . No." Travis leaned back in his seat at the front desk, a delighted grin on his face. "NO. Tell he was at least wearing boxers."

He laughed loud enough to get Probie barking along with him.

"Oh my god, and Miller?" Another laugh. "Noooooo. I can't believe I missed it! You have to send me pictures." He let out a happy sigh, then deflated a little when he heard the familiar sound of the Station 19 alarm in the background of the call. "Yeah, you gotta -- of course. I'll be back in a couple weeks anyway for Thanksgiving. . . . Yeah, you too."

He hung up and leaned his chin on his hand, imagining what kind of wacky or exciting call she'd be on this time.

While he sat here, doodling stick figure comics in the world's quietest fire station.
