Sunday afternoon - around town

Nell had not slept well last night for some reason and had found it hard to stay settled today. So after spending the morning cleaning everything to within an inch of its life she'd decided to go out and wander a bit. Normally she'd just go sit in the woods, but everything was still rather wet to do that comfortably. Instead she wandered about, poking into the few shops that were open and eventually making her way to a bench in the park where she could look at the water and read her book. At least unless the rain started up again and she had to make a run for it.

It was still better than sitting home alone brooding over nothing. And being outside in nature always made things better.
