Tino was being quiet and mostly keeping to himself tonight, which was actually, in a shocking turn of events, unfortunate for Summer. She would almost prefer him being annoyingly distracting today, because, without something else for her brain to focus on, it kept drifting to her conversation with Liliana yesterday. Not about the Ebony itself or anything, but her offered price. Obviously, Summer didn't know anything about this RageFest that the other woman had proposed, but she'd mentioned destruction, debauchery, drugs...fighting pits and that she could be front and center of them....

And oh god, it had been a while since she'd really gotten into anything like that, hadn't it? And for good reason, too, she quickly reminded herself. Because she did tend to get a little caught up in things like violence and destruction when given even just a taste of it, so it was really best for everyone that she avoided it...it really was better not to be a raging violent psychopath, if you could avoid it...

She thought of her old Apocalypse days, and, man, if Rick hadn't gone and screwed that up with his whole giving them civilization back....

Summer shook her head.

"Tino!" she said, desperately. "Tell me about your weekend. Please."

He opened his mouth and got one sound out before she realized, "Wait, no, never mind. I realized that's probably only going to make me feel even more murderous and destructive, isn't it?"

He just sort of shrugged in agreement and she sighed. Ugh. It was going to be a long night if it was a slow one...
