Agatha had worked late into the night on Nadia's order, and was curently not very awake. Nadia's orders however were ready.

Even with the not awakefulness however, she was still working on something. And humming. Thereis possibly dishwashign powder involved.

The store is full of soap bubbles, which are being chased around by the dingbots.

By around 3PM, Agatha is sort of sad. She finished the dishwasher for Orlin, and she sort of misses him lots and lots. She got used to boyfriend kissage.

Edmund is behind the counter, as usual. He's still trying to figure out this computer thing and not particularly enjoying it. He came across a site with a Mr. Legume and was intensely annoyed by the man's idiocy. The physical resemblance was purely superficial, he assured himself.

Lilah was on the floor, surrounded by paper, open books, reference indeces, and a lone brownie she'd bought earlier that day.

She took a bite of the brownie, then went back to work, only to find that one of her stacks of paper was written in some demonic language she didn't know.

Muttering, she got up and made a call:

Satisfied, she set the bad translation aside, sat back down on the floor, and took another bite of brownie.

From within Empire Records, shortly after opening, came a cry of shock and panic, and the sound of an alarm. Shortly after, there was a faint buzz, then a click.

Then there was muffled sobbing.

Anyone who had stopped by Aerepagitica around 6 AM on Thursday would have seen a very sniffly Englishman stumble down the stairs in his fuzzy bathrobe and slippers (no comment on the bunny-ness of them) to put a card in the window.

"Closed Today due to Illness."

However, around noon on Friday, Giles dragged himself away from his hot water bottle, ColdCare tea, and Shower Soothers, and opened the store.

If you go in, he's got a pot of the mint/eucalypses tea going, tissues are at hand, and Giles has forgone the tweed for comfy pants, a long-sleeved t-shirt, and a well-worn sweater.

Jarod was looking suspiciously at M. The kitten was looking very pleased with herself and wasn't interested in the treats he offered her. "If you ate Becky's bird, we're going to have to go live in the park."

M showed her concern by licking her paws and washing her ears.

"You won't like it. There aren't any pie crumbs there," he offered, waving the treat in front of her face.

More washing, a flick of the tail.

He was pleading a little bit now and put the treat on top of the reception desk. "Please tell me you didn't eat Jacky-bird."

She mewed at Jarod and sat down, looking at him expectantly. He picked the treat up again, and this time she ate it daintily from his fingers.

Jarod chuckled and scratched her between the ears. "You spent way too much time with Parker."

Maybe he'd call Sydney later.
